We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, before tax and after any promotional discounts have been applied. This is part of our commitment to providing excellent value and convenience for our customers. There are no hidden fees if your cart meets the $50 minimum, shipping is on us!

For orders totaling less than $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied. This ensures that even smaller purchases are delivered reliably and affordably. We’ve kept this rate as low as possible to make sure you're still getting a great deal, no matter the size of your order.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated automatically during the checkout process. The exact fee will be based on your shipping address, delivery method selected, and the items in your cart such as their weight, size, and quantity. You will be able to view all shipping charges before finalizing your purchase, so there are no surprises.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping time may vary depending on your location. If you need expedited shipping or have specific delivery requirements, additional options may be available at checkout.

If you have any questions about our shipping policy or need help tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're here to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

All orders placed through our store are carefully reviewed and processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During this time, we verify payment details, prepare your items for shipment, and package them securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. In some cases particularly during high-demand periods like holidays or sales events processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address and local courier services. Deliveries to more remote or rural areas may take slightly longer, while customers located closer to our fulfillment center may receive their orders sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order makes its way to you.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. This allows you to follow the journey of your package from our warehouse right to your doorstep. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation within a couple of days after placing your order, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder or feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, we proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most items in our store. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for either a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or rejection. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions or return labels.

In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which can provide added peace of mind for issues related to quality or performance over a longer period of time. Warranty coverage varies depending on the brand and product category, so we recommend reviewing the product page for specific warranty terms and conditions. If a warranty is offered, you'll typically find information regarding the duration, coverage, and how to file a claim directly with the manufacturer.

Should you have any questions about your product, return eligibility, or warranty coverage, our support team is here to help. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
